The GPS coordinates given,  32 degrees 54.6 minutes north, 96 degrees 45.1 minutes west, can be converted to decimal degrees by dividing the minutes by 60 and adding to the degrees (west is negative):  32.910000 , -96.751666 .  This is the entrance lobby of the Texas Instruments site, with a street address of 8505 Forest Lane, Dallas Texas.  TI is Analog Device's principal competitor for DSP chips.
