No index, angry pessimistic writing.

Indeed there are huge problems - and there are 8 billion potential problem solvers.  Fressoz invents and solves nothing.

Perhaps the issue is contemporary French culture.  France's 67 million people haven't invented much over the last 50 years, proportional to their population.  With the brilliant exception of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing by Emmanuelle Charpentier in 2012 ... who emigrated to do her Nobel-Prize-winning work.
