Why you should not dry out your MacBook Air in the kitchen oven.
The batteries leaked and incinerated, warping the case and filling it with (probably-toxic) black crud.
The 128GB Solid State Drive is covered with crud but seemingly intact, with non-corroded contacts. MacOS encrypts SSD storage, and the password is unavailable, so the SSD is unrecoverable even if possibly functional.
Much of the plastic turned to air - appropriate. Besides carbonizing the rest, the device got hot enough to de-solder the square two-contact black capacitor at the top of the picture (from the two shiny contacts in the lower rights) and weld it to the top metal of the case. The fan can still be turned by hand. I also removed the wifi card so I could remove the display lid.
The 10 case screws are P5 5 point star Torx socket-head, approximately 1.5 mm diameter star holes. Fortunately, that bit size is included in my Husky Precision Driver Kit, available from Home Depot for $15.
