Spokane Portland Seattle on the north side of the Columbia, Union Pacific on the south side. The Northern Pacific runs from Portland north towards the Canadian border (bypassing Seattle to the east of Lake Washington), the Great Northern Railroad runs though Seattle and Everett. The extra 80 miles north to the Canadian border or the 110 miles to the Vancouver BC Amtrak station is not shown.
