Oxo Cheese Slicer
Oxo makes an almost-deluxe wire cheese slicer. Unfortunately, the slot that holds the wire does not wrap far enough around the arms that hold it, so the wire can slide off little knob at the end of the roller axle.
So, I used a Dremel tool cut-off wheel to extend the slot over the end of the roller axle and down the handle about a centimeter. The cut was a bit sloppy, but now the wire stays attached around the end. Perhaps Oxo should modify their production design.
