Oxo Cheese Slicer
Oxo makes an almost-deluxe wire cheese slicer. Unfortunately, the slot that holds the wire does not wrap far enough around the arms that hold it, so the wire can slide off the little knob extending from the roller.
So, I used a Dremel tool cut-off wheel to extend the slot over the knob and down the handle about a centimeter. Now the wire stays attached around the end.
