Though I borrowed this from a library, savored reading it, and write many notes here, I mail-ordered a copy to which I will transfer my sticky notes.
This is a "how to do it" book that teaches about how our innate irrationalities are exploited to manipulate our thinking, our behavior, our "likes", and sadly, our votes in elections. Dr. van der Linden does an OK job of minimizing his own opinions about issues, trusting that millions of us will have better opinions if we resist manipulation and develop our thoughts based on our own experience, education, and values.
